A lot of children simply do not like the taste of plain water and for this reason it can be a real struggle moving them away from squash and fruit juice. Experiment with flavouring your own water at home using fruit, veggies and herbs. You can use either still or sparkling water and it will keep in a jug in the fridge for 1 day.

Ingredients

Lime and Cucumber Water

  • 1 litre still or sparkling water
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • ¼ cucumber</
