A simple but delicious smoothie that, despite its colour, tastes super sweet. The coconut water also makes it a really hydrating drink, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml coconut water
  • 200 g frozen tropical fruit (I use frozen mango and pineapple)

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. This smoothie is best served immediately.
