A protein-packed smoothie made with quinoa, Greek yoghurt and berries. A delicious and healthy drink that can be served with breakfast or as part of an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 100 g plain yoghurt (dairy or non-dairy)

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. This smoothie is best served immediately.
