A delicious refined-sugar-free alternative to jam, made from raspberries and thickened with chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½<

Method

  1. Put the raspberries in a saucepan over a medium heat. Using a potato masher, press down on the raspberries as they begin to heat up. If they are not very juicy, add a splash of water to help them break down.
  2. When the raspberries have broken down to a sauce consistency, add the honey and vanilla and stir until combined. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture
