  • About

Guaranteed to Liven things up whenever it appears, this coulis is again useful for allowing people to adjust the strength of chilli to suit their taste. It can also be sweetened up by adding a higher proportion of sweet peppers to soften the flavour but still deliver the heat. Try replacing all (or all but one) of the chillies with sweet red peppers.
