This salsa is perfect whenever you need a fruity flavour. Adrian says of it: “Putting my fork into the pomegranate seeds makes me feel like a pirate opening up chests of glittering treasure and lifting it up and letting it run through your fingers, thinking how rich you are”.

Ingredients

  • seeds from 1 pomegranate
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • juice of 1

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together well. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
