The perfect foil for spicy dishes, this salsa is delightfully fresh and sweet and makes a great accompaniment to almost anything.

Ingredients

  • ¼ pineapple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
  • grated zest of ½

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before using. Store in the fridge for up to four days.
