This simple preparation is great for salad dressings, drizzling on soups, giving an edge to sauces, etc.

1 750 ml 26 fl oz
Method
- Put the pickled lemon in the olive oil and leave to soak for at least a couple of days in a cool place (not in the refrigerator).
- Store in the fridge for several months.
