When you taste this you’ll be convinced that it contains lime juice, but no lime is included – it is just the natural tart flavour of the green mango. You can get green mangoes in Asian food stores and ethnic markets. The chutney is good with all types of Oriental-influenced dishes and makes a lovely fresh moist dip to serve with fritters of all types.
