Crumbles continue to be among the most popular of our desserts. We always serve this one as individual servings, moulded in mousse rings, as you can then see the layers nicely. It is, however, just as good and tasty as one big crumble in a large dish. You can re-use the sugar syrup afterwards for poaching more fruit or for sweetening a fruit coulis.
