Baked Camembert

This was one of my all-time favorite foods growing up. It’s so popular that even McDonald’s Germany features it on their menu sometimes. The Camembert is coated in a double layer of breading and pan-fried (even though we call it baked Camembert), creating the perfect crispy, golden crust. I typically make this using a small wheel of Camembert, but you can also use a larger one and cut it up after frying.
