Quark and Blueberry Strudel

This treat combines a rich, cheesecake-like quark filling with juicy blueberries between thin, delicate layers of strudel dough. It’s a fresh take on the wintry classic Austrian apple strudel. To keep the quarkstudel from losing its shape, I started baking it in a loaf pan, creating uniform slices that not only hold their structure but also look gorgeous.
