This playful dessert, said to be invented by a seventeen-year-old named Dario Fontanella at his father’s ice cream shop in Mannheim, Germany, skillfully combines vanilla ice cream pressed through a spätzle press, arranged over whipped cream, and topped with strawberry sauce (wannabe tomato sauce), grated white chocolate (wannabe Parmesan cheese), and fresh mint le
