Raspberry Cheesecake in a Jar

This is my go-to käsekuchen recipe for a few reasons: it’s easy, it’s fast and there is no significant waiting time after baking and before they can be eaten. I love serving these little cheesecakes warm from the oven, but they’re just as good reheated later. This is the perfect way to use up extra quark while transporting yourself to Germany in under an hour. No jars? Use mugs! You can also bake them in even smaller jars for a fun party treat.
