The original and the best. In my opinion brownies should NOT be cakey. Cakey consistencies are reserved for cakes. Brownies should be dense, fudgy and incredibly rich. Some ‘bakers’ try to fake it, by essentially serving underbaked brownies, and passing them off as ‘gooey’. They’re charlatans, and you shouldn’t listen to them.
