I named this pie after the fella that founded Ferrero. Can you imagine being the man responsible for introducing Nutella to the world? I can’t even begin to think how much this guy must have loved hazelnuts. There’s a rumour going round that he would only bathe in water filtered through his beloved nuts. But it’s not true – I made it up.
