Strawberry Limeade Pie

I’ll be totally honest with you, we created this pie out of necessity. We had loads of limes to use up, and even more strawberries. This thing tastes exactly the same as a Twister ice lolly, which every British person knows is one of the greatest things that exists.

Just imagine. British summer. 28 degrees. Kids in the paddling pool. Gary’s on the frozen margaritas. You’re stuck in the kitchen boiling limes over a hot stove. Absolute, unadulterated bliss.
