Nobody knows exactly how a little Belgian biscuit has managed to slowly take over the world over the last decade, but it’s impossible to refute the reality of the situation we have found ourselves in. They’re everywhere. Never mind artificial intelligence, it’s the caramelised biscuit you should be worried about.
Blitz the Lotus biscuits and salt in a food processor to a fine crumb, then decant into a mixing bowl.
