It’s only right that the only beverage in this book revolves around Bruce. Then again, can you really call something a beverage if it’s packed full of chocolate cake? Drink up.

Method

Start by whipping the cream, following the method for Properly Whipped Cream. Once whipped, spoon into a piping (pastry) bag, and refrigerate.

Put the cake, ice cream, melted chocolate, milk, and sea salt in a blender and blend on high speed until thick and creamy. If preferred, you can blend everything except the cake, and mix this in by hand afterwar
