Ingredients

  • 3 lbs berries
  • 1 glass sour cream
  • 1 glass wine
  • 1½–2 glasses sugar pieces

    Method

    Purée 6 glasses of picked-over wild strawberries, raspberries, currants, or lingonberries. Add ½ or ¾ lb sugar, 1 glass each of very fresh sour cream and wine, and 3–4 glasses of boiled water. Mix everything together and heat, but do not boil. Serve with rusks or pâte à choux.
