  • 2 teaspoons Sareptskaja mustard
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 spoons olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • marinated mushrooms
  • 1 spoon olives
  • 1 glass vinegar
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 1 green onion
  • dill
  • 2 spoons capers
  • 6 pieces sugar

    Method

    Steep 2 teaspoons of Sareptskaja mustard in 2 spoons boiling water. Add 6 raw or boiled and sieved egg yolks, 6 pieces sugar, 2 spoons olive oil, salt, nearly 1 glass of vinegar, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 peeled fresh cucumber, cut into small cubes, marinated mushrooms, 1 finely chopped green onion, dill, 2 spoons capers, and 1 spoon olives, stoned and finely chopped. Serve with cold fish or aspics.
