Method

Prepare puff pastry, a rich dough, or a yeast dough. Fill with the following: Wash and peel 12 medium carrots, boil in salted water or bouillon, and finely chop. Mix with 2 spoons butter, lightly fry, and add hard-boiled eggs and salt to taste. Prepare only half of this stuffing for pirozhki.
