Ingredients

  • 1 glass sour cream
  • lb, or glass, sugar
  • ½ glass wine
  • eggs
  • ½ lemon
  • nearly 2 glasses flour
  • ½ spoon butter
  • ½ glass almonds
  • 1 spoon sugar

Method

In a cold place knead together 1 glass fresh sour cream, lb sugar, ½ glass wine, 1⅓ eggs, the juice and zest from ½ lemon, and flour. Roll out, place on a buttered baking sheet, paint the top with wine, sprinkle with coarsely ground sugar and chopped almonds, and bake.
