Prepare Forcemeat and slice 1 lb salmon. Prepare a yeast dough, roll out circles, and place a little forcemeat on each. Top with a slice of salmon, cover with more forcemeat, and pinch the edges together leaving a little of the filling exposed. Bake as usual. To serve, sprinkle the salmon with black pepper.
