Method

Mix together spoons each flour and whatever fast day oil you like, but either nut oil or olive oil is preferable. Dilute with 1 glass water, boil thoroughly, and add half a bottle white wine, the juice from half a lemon, and about 2–4 pieces sugar. Bring to a boil, strain, and pour over cauliflower, asparagus, etc.
