Method

Preheat the oven to 150°C/130°C fan/gas mark 2.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over a medium heat, then add the chopped onion and the leek and cook until they’re soft and translucent, 5 to 10 minutes.
Put the onion and leek in the base of th
