I love these as finger food at a party, with garlic mayonnaise or chilli sauce for dipping, and they’re also lovely for breakfast with mushrooms and eggs.

Ingredients

  • 250 g haggis
  • slices of white bread
  • 1 tsp

Method

  1. Put the haggis into a blender with the half slice of bread torn into pieces. Add ¼ teaspoon of paprika and the onion and blitz until well mixed.
  2. Roll the haggis mix into 20g balls – you’ll get 12 to 15.
  3. Blitz the remaining slices of bread to get breadcrumbs and put them in a bowl. Put the flour and remaining paprika into another bowl, and put the beat
