It’s not Christmas dinner if braised red cabbage isn’t on the table! We also always serve it with our Turkey Meatballs. This reheats very well so can be made in advance and kept in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red cabbage
  • 4 apples, peeled, cored and grated
  • 200 g fresh cranberries</

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan/gas mark 5.
