Pair this simple but satisfyingly tangy dressing with a green salad, or try it with our Black Rice Salad. This makes enough for a salad for four but I like to make it in larger quantities and keep it in a jar in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, vinegar and honey together, then whisk in the oil to make an emulsion.
  2. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
