Guacamole is so much nicer when you make it yourself, and those little tubs you buy in delis are never big enough for us. Serve alongside our Best Beef Chilli or with fajitas.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 tomato, roughly chopped
  • ¼ red onion, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Put the avocados into a food processor with the tomatoes, onion, lime juice, chilli and coriander and pulse until it’s the consistency you like.
  2. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
