If you’re looking for a quick and easy tray bake that everyone will love, this is it. Just the best when you heat a piece up a little bit so it’s ever so slightly starting to melt.

Ingredients

  • 115 g butter, diced
  • 150 g Mars bars, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Put the butter and Mars bars in a large bowl and melt together in short bursts in the microwave (or on a medium-low heat in a pan). Use a spatula to break up the nougat as it won’t melt as well as the chocolate, and don’t worry about lumps – it won’t be perfectly smooth.
