Don’t write these off as children’s party food as they have just the right balance of salty and sweet, all rolled in coconut. You won’t be able to stop eating them.

Ingredients

  • 200 g digestive biscuits
  • 15 classic marshmallows (not the miniature ones), quartered
  • 6 glacé c

Method

  1. Put the digestive biscuits in a large bowl and crush with the end of a rolling pin – it’s ok to have some bigger pieces in there.
  2. Add the quartered marshmallows and glacé cherries, then stir in the condensed milk.
  3. Spread the desiccated coconut onto a large piece of greaseproof paper. Tip the marshmallow mixture on top and use your hands to form it int
