A very delicious, fudgy chocolate cake that just happens to also be gluten-free. It sinks down in the middle after baking, so sometimes I whip up a carton of double cream and fill the hollow with it, then top it with raspberries and strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 150 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), roughly chopped
