Scrambled omelets are a great way to use up leftovers and pack in a few extra veggies! We like to put out a number of options in small bowls for everyone in the family to pick their own add-ins to personalize their omelet.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs per omelet
  • 1 tablespoon milk per omelet
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon milk, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Select and prepare any of your add-in ingredients: Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Sauté any vegetables that require it first, using 1 to 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Then steam or wilt any vegetables, using a few tablespoons of water and cooking until the water is eva
