Before we had children, we’d never have believed that young kids would eat the “mature” flavors of kale chips. Boy, were we wrong! If we don’t quickly snag some of this super vegetable snack for ourselves, we won’t get any! These chips are 100 percent kid-friendly and guilt-free.

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Remove the stems of the kale and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces. Rinse the kale in a colander and spread out on a kitchen towel. Roll up the towel to thoroughly dry the kale.
