  • About

Tofu popcorn could make a tofu fan out of anyone, kids included. Pan-fried, their golden-brown, slightly crispy exterior and silky smooth interior make them nosh-able on their own as a snack, the star protein on a dinner plate, or a protein substitute in other dishes, such as for chicken in a stir-fry.

Ingredients

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, and salt. Add half of the tofu and toss to coat all sides of the cubes. Transfer to a colander with large holes. Tap over the bowl or your garbage to remove any excess flour.
  2. Heat ¼ cup of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the floured tofu cubes and sauté, turning regularly, until gold
