Whether watching Major League Baseball on TV or Little League in person, you can still have an authentic ballpark pretzel experience! These are the real deal, boiled in baking soda water to provide the traditional pretzel taste, texture, and browning. They’re best hot out of the oven but also freeze well.

1½ cups 355 ml 1 tablespoon
Method
- Combine the water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and allow to rest for 5 minutes, until the yeast is active and the mixture bubbly with a layer of foam on top. Add the butter and egg yolks and whisk to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, xanthan gum, and salt. Stir in the yeast mixture to form a slightly sticky dough.
