Pigs in a blanket—usually made with small cocktail wieners and croissant dough—are a crowd pleaser. These full-size hot dogs wrapped in gluten-free dough are easier and quicker to prepare, and handy for children to hold and munch on. You can leave them whole to serve as a snack or appetizer, or pair with sides such as French fries to make a full meal. Or you could cut them into pieces, sort of like a sushi roll.
