Chicken fingers are great kid-friendly finger food. By oven roasting rather than pan- or deep-frying, we improve the nutrition but sacrifice none of the flavor. While many kids might opt to dip in ketchup, our girls prefer a homemade honey mustard, made with equal parts honey and Dijon mustard.
