I've never really made this type of biscuit before, so not quite sure how they should taste. They are quite powdery and very fragile. Nice and buttery with enough jam to give a sweet hit. The recipe only made 11 and they didn't spread as much as in the picture. I might have made them on the large side, but I can't see how I could have gotten nearly 3 times the yield. I did use a commercial GF flour because I have no access to the ones in the master recipe.
