Apple cider donuts remind us of the crisp days of fall and apple harvest season. We made these gluten-free donuts for a preschool trip to a local farm, and you couldn’t tell the difference between them and the “real” thing!

  1. Bring the cider to a boil in a small saucepan and reduce to ½ cup (120 ml), about 20 minutes. Set aside.
