What do you get when you mix the taste of rich hot fudge with the pourable consistency of chocolate sauce? This recipe! Plus, it’s free of the corn syrup so common in other similar sauces.
Ingredients
½ cup 108 g ¼ cup 20 g
Method
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar and cocoa powder. Add the agave nectar, half-and-half, butter, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Serve when warm, not hot, or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. </
