This lamb, chickpea and tomato soup is a Moroccan staple eaten at dinner when breaking the fasting day during Ramadan.

I used to eat this soup probably twice a week, served up by my neighbour Ibrahim from his battered mobile food stall parked permanently on the Golborne Road in West London.
