Pork chop with apple & crispy sage

The other morning, I proudly announced to myself: ‘I am going to have a pork chop with apples and sage tonight.’ With this thought in mind, the day went very well and dinner was excellent. It would take too long to write exactly why pork, apple and sage go so well together. They are just three close and happy friends who have gone through a lot.
