There is much debate about the true creator of the Caesar Salad, but frankly I’m not too interested in getting so heated over a salad. I like anchovy in mine; purists say Worcestershire sauce. Fine! I like and add both. I do, however, feel that any Caesar boasting crispy bacon, chargrilled chicken and board-game dice croûtons will pretty much guarantee you a truly dismal experience, as 9½ out of 10 of such UK Caesar salads are shockers. I hope, however, that you find this one enjoyable.
