On gloomy days, I might mix this up for breakfast, as it transports me to sandy beaches, turquoise water and fluttering palm fronds.
Combine all the ingredients apart from the ice cubes in a blender and hit go. Blitz it to death. (Alternatively, do it all in the bottom of a measuring jug with a stick blender.) You now have two choices. Version one is unstrained and full of roughage; good for the gut. Version two, for which you will need to push the contents through a sieve, is smooth and luxurious.
