Whenever I visited Paris as a child to see my Godfather, we would go to Les Deux Magots or Café de Flore (two undeniable tourist traps, incidentally) in order to enjoy this most luxurious hot chocolate. When poured, I seem to remember having to wait a while before it finally oozed slowly from the spout, but perhaps this is a little over-imaginative. Anyway, it was thick and rich, and here it comes.
