I don’t always feel hungry after I’ve finished cooking, and at those times I just want a selection of little bites to eat. That’s when these spring rolls really hit the spot, especially served with my homemade hoisin sauce. The kids love them, too, and they are much better for them than the shop-bought versions. You can buy spring roll wrappers in most Asian food stores.
