A quick and easy stir-fry that makes a great lunch or supper dish, this is perfect for the busy lives we all lead - and it’s healthy too. I’m also convinced that you’ll love my simple, new twist of combining the chicken with crispy instead of soft noodles.
Bring a saucepan of water to the boil over a high heat. Add the egg noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain well, then divide the noodles into four piles.
