Teriyaki is a traditional cooking method used in Japanese cuisine, consisting of cooking a piece of meat or fish using a sweet marinade, usually containing soy, mirin or sake, sugar and sometimes honey. When cooking, you should try to baste the meat at least once to give you a rich, sweet glaze. I’ve added a little garlic, ginger and Worcestershire sauce to give it extra flavour.
